Parental Request for an EHCP

• I will use all relevant documentation to draft a parental request for an EHCP assessment
• 30 minute virtual meeting to go over and discuss the draft request together.
• Next steps phone call if the local authority say “no” to assessment and support in either a mediation or informal meeting with the LA.

From £300 letter format; £335 if using the LA's EHCNA form

• Checking the EHCP against professional reports.
